Who we are

Jo Wharton

Jo has been advising businesses through her mentoring programs, workshops and public speaking events and seminars for over six years. She enjoys working with successful business owners who recognise the power of external advice and support.

At 21 Jo ran a well-known high street store with over 25 staff and managed a £1million business. She learned a lot about business, profit and people. By her late 20’s she was Sales Director for an $80 million global electronics company and directed a change of strategy that they are still enjoying the benefits of today.

In 2000 she was a Director in a start-up business, LeapFrog Toys and within three years they were bigger than Lego, she played a vital role in directing strategy and delivering annual sales of £40 million. As General Manager she successfully integrated a business into Hornby Hobbies a FTSE company. Jo has an MBA from Henley Management College.
